How do I download and install Immersed?
Visit our homepage and click the download button for your platform (macOS, Windows, or Linux). The app will download automatically. On macOS, you may need to allow apps from unidentified developers in System Settings > Privacy & Security.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
Make sure you're using a valid email address and that your password is at least 8 characters long. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the sign-in page. If you're still having issues, contact our support team.
How do I reset my Pomodoro timer settings?
Go to Settings > Timer in the app. You can customize work duration, break duration, long break duration, and the number of sessions before a long break. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I use Immersed Mode?
Click the 'Get Immersed Now' button in the main app. This will hide the main window and show a floating timer widget. You can toggle between collapsed and expanded views using the keyboard shortcut (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + B).
Can I export my data from Immersed?
Currently, we don't offer data export functionality, but we're working on this feature. Your data is safely stored in Firebase and will be available whenever you sign in to the app.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing in the app and click 'Manage Subscription'. This will take you to Stripe's customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
The app is running slowly. What can I do?
Try restarting the app first. If that doesn't help, check if you have many tasks or lists - consider archiving old completed tasks. You can also try reinstalling the app from our website.
